How we handle your information

Chile Fly Fishing uses the information you provide to answer enquiries, coordinate reservations and plan requested trip logistics. We aim to collect only what is needed for those purposes and to handle it responsibly.

Information we collect

• Enquiry and booking detailsYour name, email, phone number, country, preferred dates, group information and any trip notes you choose to send.
• Analytics dataUnless you opt out, or decline where we ask first, Google Analytics records information such as the pages and sections you view, how far you scroll, the links and buttons you click, your device and your approximate location (country and city). We read it only in aggregate, to understand which content helps anglers plan their trip. We never record what you type into a form.

How we use it

• Responding to your enquiry and coordinating requested reservations or itineraries.
• Communicating practical information related to your trip.
• Improving site content, reliability and usability, within the limits of your analytics choice.

Data protection

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect submitted information from unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Cookie choice

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the site asks first: analytics cookies are set only if you choose Accept, and browsing alone does not count as acceptance. Elsewhere, analytics cookies are on by default and you can opt out at any time. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer.

Analytics and consent

• Accept or OKAllows Google Analytics cookies so we can measure aggregated traffic and improve the site. Advertising storage and personalization remain disabled in every case.
• Decline or Opt outKeeps analytics storage disabled. Core navigation, contact forms and booking requests continue to work.
• Your controlYou can reopen Cookie preferences from the footer and change your choice at any time.

Voice guide

• Sign in with GoogleTo talk with the voice guide you sign in with Google. We receive your name and verified email address, used only to identify the conversation and to reply by email if you leave a request. We never see your Google password.
• Voice processingYour voice is transcribed and answered in real time by ElevenLabs, our conversational voice provider, and by our own assistant hosted on Amazon Web Services. Audio is not recorded or stored. The text transcript is kept for 30 days for quality review and then deleted.
• LimitsConversations last up to five minutes, and each visitor may start a limited number per day and per month. The guide may be unavailable while its monthly capacity resets; WhatsApp and the contact form always work.
